The Embassy of the State of Kuwait in the Russian Federation presents a full range of services and fees provided by the Consular Section of the Embassy  to the Russian, Belarus and the Finnish citizens. These rates apply from 01/08/2008 and  may be varied at any time. Charges may only be paid in cash roubles only. Credit cards and other forms of payment are not accepted.

FOR THE RUSSIAN CITIZENS ONLY

1. For citizens who have diplomatic and service passports no fee is allowed;
2. For civil passports bearers the entry visa's fee is 3000 rubles and transit visa's fee is 2250 rubles;

All documents presented for legalization procedure must be preliminary authorized by the Consular Department of the Ministry of foreign affairs or the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of the Russian Federation:

a)      document confirming education (diploma); certificate of birth, marriage registration certificate, bill of divorcement, death certificate and etc.; contracts, powers of attorney and other similar documents – consular fee is 750 rubles;

b)      invoice – 1500 rubles;

c)      certificate of origin, manifests of cargo – 2250 rubles

Each copy of a legalized document is paid as for a separate document.

FOR THE BELARUS CITIZENS ONLY

1. For the Belarus applicants who have diplomatic and service passports no fee is allowed;
2. For the Belarus  civil passports bearers the entry visa's fee is 3000 rubles and transit visa's fee is 750 rubles;

FOR THE FINNISH CITIZENS ONLY

1. The citizens of the Republic of Finland  can get visa directly in the frontier points.
2. For issuing working visa the civil passports bearers should make a request to the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in the Russian Federation. The consular fee is USD 60.

All documents presented for legalization procedure must be preliminary authorized by the Consular Department of the Ministry of foreign affairs or the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of the Republic of Finland.

d)      document confirming education (diploma); certificate of birth, marriage registration certificate, bill of divorcement, death certificate and etc.; contracts, powers of attorney and other similar documents – consular fee is USD 30;

e)      invoice – USD 60;

f)        certificate of origin, manifests of cargo –  USD 90.
